MIRROR is an educational and peer support program. It is not therapy. It is not medical or psychiatric treatment. It is not a crisis service. It is not a substitute for a licensed doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
If you are in crisis right now, or if you are having thoughts of harming yourself or ending your life, please stop reading and reach out for immediate help. Use the resources listed in the Crisis Resources section below.

About MIRROR
MIRROR is a paid educational program and online community for adult men who want to break compulsive habits related to pornography and masturbation, and rebuild their identity. The program is delivered through pre-recorded video lessons, written content, community discussions on Skool, and time-bound cohort experiences.
MIRROR is created by Nishkarsh Sharma based on his personal experience and on patterns observed across thousands of community members. Nishkarsh Sharma is a content creator and founder. He is not a licensed medical doctor, licensed psychologist, licensed psychiatrist, licensed therapist, licensed counsellor, or any other licensed mental health professional. The same applies to every other person involved in delivering MIRROR, unless that person is explicitly identified as a licensed professional.
Everything inside MIRROR, including video lessons, written lessons, frameworks, worksheets, community posts, comments, voice notes, and any conversation with Nishkarsh Sharma or other members, is shared as personal opinion, peer experience, and general educational information. None of it is professional advice.
Not Medical or Mental Health Advice
Compulsive sexual behaviour, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, suicidal thoughts, and other mental health conditions are serious and complex. They often need professional evaluation and treatment.
MIRROR does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Following the program does not replace seeing a qualified doctor or therapist. If you are already under treatment, do not stop your medication or therapy because of anything you read, watch, or hear inside MIRROR. Speak to your treating professional first.
You are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed doctor or mental health professional if you experience any of the following:
Persistent low mood, suicidal thoughts, self harm urges, severe anxiety, panic attacks, dissociation, hearing voices, intrusive thoughts you cannot control, severe insomnia, eating disorder symptoms, substance dependence, a history of sexual abuse or trauma, or any symptom that interferes with your daily life.
Eligibility
MIRROR is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to join the program or the community, regardless of who paid for your enrolment.
MIRROR contains frank discussion of pornography, masturbation, sexual urges, sexual fantasies, relationships, mental health struggles, and recovery. This content may be uncomfortable, distressing, or triggering for some people. By joining, you accept that you will be exposed to this kind of content.
If you have a known history of severe mental illness, recent suicide attempts, recent self harm, recent psychiatric hospitalisation, or active substance use disorder, please consult your treating professional before joining and decide together whether MIRROR is appropriate for you right now.
No Guarantee of Results
Every member is different. Effort, honesty, mental health history, life circumstances, and many other factors affect outcomes. MIRROR does not promise that you will quit your habit, achieve any specific streak, recover from any condition, become more confident, build better relationships, earn more money, or experience any other outcome.
Testimonials, member quotes, and case studies shared on the website, on social media, in the community, and inside the program describe individual experiences. They are not typical results and they are not a promise that you will get the same result.
Community Code of Conduct
The MIRROR community on Skool, on WhatsApp, on Telegram, and on any other platform we operate is a shared space for adult men working on the same problem. To keep it safe and useful, every member agrees to the following rules.
You agree to:
- Treat every member with respect, regardless of age, religion, caste, region, sexual history, or streak length.
- Use the community for honest discussion of your own struggles and progress.
- Keep what other members share private. What is posted in the community stays in the community.
- Reach out to professional crisis services if you are in mental health crisis, in addition to or instead of posting in the community.
You agree NOT to:
- Share, link to, or describe in detail any pornographic content, sexual imagery, or content that sexualises minors. Doing so will result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Encourage, glorify, or give instructions for suicide, self harm, eating disorders, or harm to others.
- Harass, bully, threaten, blackmail, or dox any other member.
- Promote or sell anything to other members without prior written permission from MIRROR.
- Share another member's posts, screenshots, voice notes, or personal information outside the community without their explicit consent.
- Pretend to be a licensed professional, give medical or psychiatric advice, or recommend that another member stop their treatment or medication.
- Use racist, casteist, homophobic, transphobic, or misogynist language.
- Share illegal content, pirated material, or other people's personal data.
MIRROR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any post, suspend any member, or terminate any membership without refund if these rules are broken. We also reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement if illegal activity is reported or suspected.
How We Respond to Mental Health Disclosures in the Community
Members sometimes share that they are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self harm urges, severe depression, or other mental health crises. MIRROR is not equipped to provide crisis intervention. We do not have licensed clinicians on call. We cannot guarantee that any post will be seen quickly. We cannot guarantee a response.
When a moderator or member of the team becomes aware of such a post, the standard response is to share crisis helpline numbers and to encourage the member to contact a licensed professional or emergency services. We may also remove or restrict posts that contain explicit descriptions of methods of self harm or suicide, in line with safe messaging guidelines, to protect other members who may be vulnerable.
If you are reading this and you are in crisis, please do not rely on the community as your primary source of support. Use the Crisis resources listed at the top of this document.
Use of Your Posts and Submissions
By posting in the MIRROR community, by submitting intake forms, surveys, voice notes, or testimonials, and by participating in calls, you grant MIRROR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content in anonymised or de-identified form for the following purposes: improving the program, training MIRROR coaches and moderators, creating educational materials, marketing the program, and conducting research about recovery patterns.
We will not publish your full name, photograph, or any directly identifying information without your explicit written consent. We will not share your identity with other members beyond what you yourself post inside the community. If you want a specific quote or post excluded from any future use, email [email protected] and we will remove it from our marketing and educational use, although content already shared inside the community cannot be retracted from members who have already seen it.
Payments, Refunds, and Access
MIRROR is a paid program. The price, the inclusions, and the cohort dates are listed on the sales page at the time of your purchase. By paying, you agree to the price and the terms presented at that point in time.
Refund eligibility, refund window, and refund process are listed on the sales page and in your purchase confirmation email. Outside of those terms, all sales are final. Refunds are not available simply because you did not use the program, did not complete the lessons, did not post in the community, or did not achieve the result you were hoping for.
Access to the program and the community may be revoked if you violate the community code of conduct, if you charge back your payment without first contacting us, if you share login credentials with another person, or if you redistribute paid materials. Revocation in these cases does not entitle you to a refund.
Privacy
MIRROR collects personal information you provide during signup, intake, surveys, and community participation, including your name, age, email, phone number, payment details, and the content you post. We use this information to deliver the program, run the community, communicate with you, process payments, and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information. We use third party services such as Skool, MailerLite, Instamojo, Zapier, WhatsApp, Telegram, and YouTube to operate the program. Each of these has its own privacy policy that also applies to your data when you use those services.
You can request deletion of your account and your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or safety reasons even after deletion of your active account.
Intellectual Property
All MIRROR content, including video lessons, written lessons, frameworks, worksheets, slides, audio recordings, branding, the website, and any other materials, is owned by Reclaim and Nishkarsh Sharma. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, repost, screenshot for sharing, translate, summarise for public posting, train an AI model on, or otherwise reproduce any of this content without explicit written permission from us. Unauthorised use will be treated as copyright infringement and may result in legal action and immediate termination of your access without refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MIRROR, Reclaim, Nishkarsh Sharma, and any associated coaches, moderators, employees, or contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

- Any action or inaction by another community member.
- Any technical issue, downtime, or data loss on any platform we use.
- Any third party content linked to or referenced inside the program.
If, despite the above, any liability is found, the total liability of MIRROR and any associated party to you for any cause is limited to the amount you actually paid for your most recent enrolment in the program.
You agree that you join MIRROR at your own risk and that you take full responsibility for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing during and after the program.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIRROR, Reclaim, Nishkarsh Sharma, and all associated parties against any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of this notice, your violation of the community code of conduct, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party, including any other community member.
